Associate Advisor, Business Development
Merity Anderson has immediate need for a Business Development Associate. Candidate must have 1-3 years of Sales & Finance experience. Candidate will be responsible for identifying M&A opportunities across multiple industry verticals and managing key relationships with C-Level individuals and leading multi-national corporations. Candidate must have excellent verbal communication skills, outstanding organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.

Financial Analyst
Merity Anderson is looking for an experienced financial analyst who will be responsible for supporting management in their extensive due diligence process. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to preparing in-depth financial and narrative summaries to be presented to the company's potential acquirers or merger suitors. Recent senior or junior level experience in evaluating companies as part of a mergers and acquisition group is greatly desirable. The successful candidate must have excellent accounting and analytical skills, and must be able to clearly communicate the company's evaluations and proposed strategies to all constituents. An MBA (with a concentration in finance) and or CPA highly preferred.

Business Analyst
Merity Anderson is looking for an experienced business analyst who will assist will all internal phases of the deal process.  Gather, compile, analyze, prepare and summarize company data; financial, market and operational analysis across industries; perform company valuations, research and analysis; develop customer acquisition campaign strategies.  Project manage due diligence processes.

The ability to work effectively in a multiple-engagement environment; accuracy and attention to detail.  Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
